Gumloop alternatives: the short answer
If you want control and self-hosting, use n8n. If your team already runs on Zapier, use Zapier Agents. For the cheapest paid start, try Make. For an AI assistant that works across your tools, try Lindy. For enterprise teams on Microsoft, use Copilot Studio. For a team of agents you brief in plain words instead of building, try Dooza Crew.
Why people look for a Gumloop alternative
Gumloop lets business teams "Build, share, optimize & control agents" without code, and it gives each agent a real browser. Many users like it. Others look elsewhere because of:
To be fair, a Reddit reviewer wrote that "it gives non-developers a solid way to build real AI workflows", and Gumloop includes unlimited agents and seats on Pro.

The alternatives, one by one
1. Zapier Agents: best if your team already uses Zapier
Zapier says "Zapier Agents are the easiest way to delegate real work to AI", with access to 9,000+ apps. The free Agents plan lists web browsing and a Chrome extension.
- Price: Agents Free gives 400 activities a month; Agents Pro is $33.33/mo billed yearly ($400 a year) or $50 monthly for 1,500 activities (Zapier pricing, checked October 26, 2026).
- Watch for: Activities include browsing and knowledge lookups, so busy agents use up the allowance fast. See Zapier Agents alternatives.
2. n8n: best for control and self-hosting
n8n calls itself a "Fair-code workflow automation platform with native AI capabilities". Pricing is based on workflow executions, not steps.
- Price: Starter 20 euros/mo (2,500 executions), Pro 50 euros/mo (10,000 executions), Business 667 euros/mo (40,000 executions, self-hosted), all billed yearly (n8n pricing, checked October 26, 2026).
- Watch for: It takes more setup than Gumloop, and the Sustainable Use License is not a standard open-source license. See n8n alternatives.
3. Make: the cheapest paid start
Make says "Make AI Agents helps businesses automate complex work while keeping full visibility into how decisions are made." AI Agents are listed as available on all plans.
- Price: Free with 1,000 credits a month; the Make plan is $9/mo at 5,000 credits a month billed yearly; Enterprise is custom (Make pricing, checked October 26, 2026).
- Watch for: Make's FAQ says AI provider features may use more credits, so price your real scenarios.
4. Lindy: an AI assistant that does the work
Lindy calls itself "the AI employee that plugs into your tools, learns how you work, and takes real work off your plate." It lists 1,500+ integrations.
- Price: Free starts with $50 in credits and no card; Team starts at $49.99/mo for 5,000 credits, with computer use, and every active user in your workspace is billed (Lindy pricing, checked October 26, 2026).
- Watch for: Big jobs burn credits, so the bill grows with use. See Lindy alternatives.
5. Relevance AI: no-code AI workforce for sales and ops
Relevance AI pitches its plan "For companies looking to decouple growth from headcount via an AI Workforce." It lists 2,000+ integrations and calling and meeting agents.
- Price: Only an Enterprise plan is shown, with "Talk to sales"; no price is public (Relevance AI pricing, checked October 26, 2026).
- Watch for: No self-serve plan on the pricing page, so you cannot start small. See Relevance AI alternatives.
6. Microsoft Copilot Studio: best if you run on Microsoft
Microsoft says "Copilot Studio is a platform for creating and managing custom agents, workflows, and apps with no code." Its computer use tool "lets your agent interact with and automate tasks on a Windows computer".
- Price: Credit packs of 25,000 Copilot Credits at $200 per pack a month, or pay as you go with an Azure subscription (Microsoft, checked October 26, 2026).
- Watch for: Each computer use step costs 5 Copilot Credits, or 15 with a premium model, so long browser tasks add up.
7. Dify: open-source builder for agentic workflows
Dify's GitHub page says it helps you "Build Agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, with rich AI model and tool support on one collaborative workspace."
- Price: Sandbox is free with 200 message credits; Professional is $590 a year per workspace (5,000 message credits a month); Team is $1,590 a year. The self-hosted Community edition is free (Dify pricing, checked October 26, 2026).
- Watch for: The Community edition is described as for "open-source enthusiasts, individual developers, and non-commercial projects", so read the license before commercial use.
8. CrewAI: for developers who want code
CrewAI describes itself on GitHub as a "Framework for orchestrating role-playing, autonomous AI agents". The framework is MIT-licensed, and there is a hosted platform with a visual editor.
- Price: Basic is free with a visual editor, AI copilot and 50 workflow executions a month; Enterprise is custom (CrewAI pricing, checked October 26, 2026).
- Watch for: It is aimed at developers, and there is no self-serve paid tier between free and Enterprise. See CrewAI alternatives.
9. Dooza Crew (our product): a team of agents without the building
You tell Dooza, your master agent, the job in plain words from the web or your phone; it plans it, builds the helper agents it needs (a researcher, a writer, an outreach agent) and reports back. Each agent has its own computer and browser in a private, isolated workspace; you watch every step live in chat.
- Price: Free for 7 days (card required), then $49/mo per organization (unlimited users and agents) with AI usage included and a hard spending cap. Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing.
- Watch for: It is not a workflow builder. If you want to design each step of a repeatable flow yourself, share agents across a large company with admin controls, or use 400+ ready connectors, Gumloop, n8n or Zapier fit better.

Free Gumloop alternatives
- Self-hosted: n8n (Sustainable Use License) and Dify's Community edition. Read each license first.

- Free hosted tiers: Zapier Agents Free (400 activities a month), Make Free (1,000 credits a month), Dify Sandbox (200 message credits), CrewAI Basic (50 executions a month) and Lindy's $50 in starting credits.

How to test a Gumloop replacement in one afternoon
- Pick one agent you already run in Gumloop, for example lead research or a weekly report.
- Rebuild it in two tools: one you can self-host (n8n or Dify) and one hosted tool. Time how long each takes.
- Test the browser steps. If your agent logs in to sites, check that the new tool can do the same job.
- Price a real month. Count credits, activities or executions, plus any fees, for a month of real use.
