AI agents for practices that do their own billing
You do your own billing. Our AI agents do the paperwork around it.
Dooza for small practices that bill in-house: one AI agent for each billing chore that has nothing to do with a patient chart. Credentialing, payer rule changes, denial-code research, fee schedules, hiring. Each one sets itself up like a new hire, works around the clock, and passes work to the others like a real team. It never sees patient data.

One agent for each thing that eats your day.
Hire one or all five. Each has its own computer, its own browser and its own job. And they work with each other: the Payer Rules agent tells the Denials agent when a payer changes a policy behind a denial you keep seeing, the Credentialing agent hands each new payer contract to the Fee Schedule agent to add its rates to your sheet, and you see every handoff in your chat. None of them touches a patient record.
Credentialing agent
One payer rejects your application, and the fix takes another 45 days.
Keeps a tracker for every provider and payer, fills credentialing and re-credentialing forms you upload (fillable PDF, Word, Excel) from your provider details, checks application status on credentialing and provider enrollment sites after you sign in once, and drafts the follow-up email for your approval. It also watches CAQH re-attestation and license renewal dates.
Hire the credentialing agent: get the appPayer Rules agent
Every payer has its own prior authorization list, and it keeps changing.
Checks the payer websites and provider bulletins you name every week, compares their prior authorization lists and policy updates against the CPT codes you bill, and writes a short “what changed for us” note in Files. Your staff still send the requests; they just stop finding out from a denial.
Hire the payer rules agent: get the appDenials agent
A denial code, a payer manual, and an hour gone.
You give it only the codes: the denial reason (CARC/RARC), the CPT code and the payer, never a patient name, date or ID. It looks up what the code means, what that payer’s policy says, and what an appeal or corrected claim needs, and drafts an appeal letter template with blanks your staff fill in your billing system.
Hire the denials agent: get the appFee Schedule agent
Are you even paid what the contract says?
Builds an Excel sheet of what Medicare and each payer you contract with pays for the CPT codes you bill most, from public fee schedules and the rate files you upload, and flags codes where a payer pays much less than the others. Updates it when a new schedule comes out.
Hire the fee schedule agent: get the appHiring agent
Your biller quits, and the claims pile up behind the front desk.
Writes the job post for a medical biller or insurance verification hire from your duties, builds a skills checklist and interview questions, and sorts the applications you forward to it into a shortlist in Files. It drafts the post and any messages for your approval.

Patient data, claims and patient calls.
Dooza does not sign a BAA (business associate agreement) today, so Crew must not see protected health information: no claims, EOBs, patient statements, charts or patient calls. Keep those in your billing system. Crew takes the work around them.
After you lock up, they keep working.
Your agents wake up every hour on their own and do whatever is due. You come in to a short list of things to approve.

Hire it like a billing assistant. Minus the training on your payers.
1. Tell it the job
Type the job in plain words, the way you would brief a new hire. Codes and payers, never patient details.
2. It sets itself up
Your master agent creates the agent, with its own computer and browser. You sign in to your credentialing and enrollment sites once.
3. Add your team
Invite your front desk and billing staff to the same chat. Anyone can hand out a job and see the work.
Your license, your codes, your sign-off.
A practice runs on trust and on HIPAA. So the agents stay away from patient data and you keep every decision.
- No patient data
- No BAA today, so no PHI: no claims, EOBs, charts, statements or patient calls. Codes, payers and provider details only.
- Drafts for your approval
- Emails and forms are drafted for you: Approve, Edit or Reject in chat.
- No coding decisions
- It looks up rules and explains codes. What you bill and how you code stays with you and your coder.
- Keeps your systems
- No migration. Your billing software and clearinghouse stay as they are.

Questions practices that bill in-house ask
Dooza Crew gives a practice that does its own billing AI agents for the billing work that needs no patient data: one for credentialing, one for payer prior authorization and policy changes, one for denial-code research, one for fee schedules and one for hiring. Each has its own computer and browser, works around the clock and drafts its emails for your approval.
No. Dooza is not set up for protected health information (PHI). Dooza does not sign a business associate agreement (BAA) today, and HIPAA requires a BAA before a practice gives PHI to a vendor that handles it on the practice’s behalf. So do not put patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, claims, EOBs or charts into Crew. It works on codes, payers and provider details only.
It does not submit claims or open patient accounts, because those hold patient data. For denials, give it only the denial reason code, the CPT code and the payer: it explains the code, finds the payer’s policy and drafts an appeal template with blanks your staff fill in your billing system.
Not the requests themselves, because they carry patient data. It tracks each payer’s prior authorization list and policy changes for the codes you bill, so your staff know before a visit which ones need one. An AMA survey of 1,000 physicians in late 2024 found practices complete 39 prior authorization requests per physician per week, and physicians and staff spend about 13 hours a week on them.
Yes. It fills fillable PDF, Word and Excel forms you upload from your provider details, which are not patient data, and saves them to Files for you to check. Scanned PDFs without form fields cannot be filled.
Not inside them: they hold patient data. It works on payer websites, provider bulletins, public fee schedules and credentialing or provider enrollment sites, after you sign in once. Do not point it at a portal page that shows claims or patient eligibility.
