Checked October 26, 2026. Prices were read on each vendor's own pricing page. Prices change: re-check before you buy. Dooza Crew is our product and our top pick; we say why, and where the others fit better. Honest note: several yoga studio platforms do not publish what their AI costs, so we say "not published" where that is the case.

Best AI tools for yoga studios: the short answer

If you already run Mindbody, Momence, Arketa or WellnessLiving, start with the AI inside it: an AI inbox, chatbot or front desk that answers students and books classes. For the phone, Rosie, Goodcall or Dialzara. For the emails, reminders and admin around your classes, our top pick is Dooza Crew: AI employees that draft follow-ups and take calls, $49 a month for the whole organization, and it asks before it sends anything. For notes from online calls, Fathom has a free plan.

Where AI helps a yoga studio, and where it does not

A studio owner's day is split between teaching and everything around teaching: answering "is there space in tonight's class?", moving a student between memberships, chasing failed payments, writing the workshop email and keeping the schedule current. AI is useful on the repeatable part of that list. A front desk assistant answers the same ten questions at 11pm. A phone tool catches the call you could not take mid-class. An admin agent drafts the reminders and follow-ups.

The limit is care. Whether a student with a sore shoulder should join a class, what to say about an injury, or how to handle a complaint are your calls, and for health questions the student's doctor. Use AI for the paperwork and the repeat questions, not for anything that touches a student's body.

What the survey says

We found no survey of yoga studios alone. The closest primary source is Wellhub's Fitness Business Growth Report 2026, which surveyed "662 gym and studio owners across 11 countries". Wellhub reports: "Sixty-five percent of owners have invested in new technology (including CRM platforms, booking systems, automation and AI tools) in the past year, and 52% say AI will be essential to competing for members over the next 12 months." That covers gyms and studios, not yoga alone, and Wellhub is a vendor, so read it as a direction, not a yoga benchmark.

The tools, one by one

1. Dooza Crew (our product, top pick): AI employees for the studio's admin

Crew gives a yoga studio AI employees for the work around the mat: one for the inbox, one for enquiries, one for chasing paperwork. Each has its own computer and browser, works around the clock, and works with your team in one chat. The agents pass work to each other. Before it sends an email or clicks Send, Submit or Pay, it asks you to Approve, Edit or Reject.

  • Example jobs you could give it: you could give one agent the job of drafting your workshop and class-change emails for you to approve; another the job of answering the phone while you teach and taking a message; another the job of filling a fillable waiver or intake PDF you upload.
  • Forms: it fills fillable PDF, Word and Excel files you upload. Scanned PDFs without form fields cannot be filled. You type your passwords and 2FA codes yourself.
  • Phones: Crew agents take phone calls too, included in the plan.
  • Price: free for 7 days (card required), then $49 a month for the whole organization (unlimited users and agents), AI usage included with a hard spending cap. At the cap it pauses and tells you.
  • Watch for: no yoga studio software (Mindbody, Momence, Arketa, WellnessLiving) is certified or integrated with it, so it does not sync with your booking system; it works only in web tools you log in to. It is not a certified instructor: health and injury advice stays with you.

Try Dooza Crew free for 7 days.

2. Mindbody: AI Concierge on top of the best-known studio software

Mindbody lists an AI Concierge as an add-on: "Get a 24/7 front desk assistant to answer client questions, respond to missed calls, and drive sales."

  • Price: the pricing page headline says "Starting at $99 USD/month per location", while an FAQ on the same page says the entry plan starts at $79 USD/month in North America and Asia. The Starter, Accelerate and Ultimate plans each say "Let's talk", and the AI Concierge price is not published.
  • Free trial: none stated; you request a demo.
  • Watch for: two different "starting at" prices on one page, and no public price for the AI. Ask for the all-in monthly figure in writing.

3. Momence: an AI Inbox Agent inside the booking platform

Momence says its "AI Inbox Agent answers client questions about your schedule, pricing, classes, appointments, and memberships." It can also help customers book, reschedule or join a waitlist, and when a request needs an exception it brings your team into the conversation.

  • Price: not published. The pricing page says "Let's talk pricing".
  • Free trial: the site offers a "Start free trial"; we did not find the length.
  • Watch for: the AI is part of Momence, so it helps only if Momence runs your studio.

4. Arketa: an AI chatbot for your website

Arketa's chatbot "sits on your website as a chat window". Clients get answers from an FAQ library you control and can book classes and buy intro offers in the chat; anything it cannot answer lands in your inbox.

  • Price: the Individual plan is $49 a month billed annually, with a 3% transaction fee plus Stripe fees and one team member login. Studio Core, Studio Pro and Studio Suite are custom: request a demo for pricing.
  • Free trial: a "Start Free Trial" button on the Individual plan; length not stated.
  • Watch for: Arketa says its AI "works in chat, not on phone calls."

5. WellnessLiving: CAASI, an AI front desk

WellnessLiving describes CAASI as "an AI front desk and wellness concierge that greets callers and visitors, answers questions about your services, captures contact details, and guides clients toward booking." It also names an AI assistant, Isaac, for questions about your business.

  • Price: Starter is $69 a month, or $62 a month on the annual toggle. CAASI is listed as an add-on and its price is not published.
  • Free trial: none stated; you request a demo.
  • Watch for: Starter includes one staff member, and the AI is an add-on you have to ask about.

6. Rosie: AI phone answering

Rosie says: "Join 2,000+ small businesses using Rosie to answer calls, book appointments, and capture leads 24/7."

  • Price: Professional $49 a month, Scale $149 a month, Growth $299 a month.
  • Free trial: 7-day free trial.
  • Watch for: it is not built for yoga; it will not know your class timetable or workshop dates unless you tell it.

7. Goodcall: AI phone answering without minute meters

Goodcall lets you "Start free with a demo agent. Add a number when you're ready."

  • Price: Starter $79 a month (100 unique customers a month, then 79 cents each); Growth $129 a month; Scale $299 a month. Goodcall says "We never meter minutes."
  • Watch for: it bills per unique caller, so a busy intro-offer month can pass the 100.

8. Dialzara: the cheapest AI receptionist here

Dialzara lists "AI receptionist plans from $29/month" and says "No contract. Cancel anytime."

  • Price: Business Lite $29 a month for up to 60 minutes of talk time, then $0.48 a minute; Business Pro $99 a month for 220 minutes, then $0.45 a minute.
  • Free trial: 7-day free trial.
  • Watch for: minutes are metered, so long enquiry calls add up.

9. Fathom: free AI notes for video calls

Fathom offers "Unlimited recordings, instant call summaries, integrations with LLMs & more." It suits teacher meetings, planning calls and online consults.

  • Price: Free forever; the Team plan is $15 to $19 a month per user, depending on the monthly or annual toggle, with a two-user minimum.
  • Watch for: it covers video calls only, not in-person classes or the phone line.

Free AI tools and trials for yoga studios

  • Call notes: Fathom's free forever plan.
  • Phones: Goodcall's free demo agent; 7-day free trials at Rosie and Dialzara.
  • Studio software: Momence and Arketa offer free trials; Mindbody and WellnessLiving start with a demo.
  • Admin: Dooza Crew, free for 7 days (card required).

Questions to ask before you buy

Whatever you pick, a few questions save money. Is the AI included or an add-on, and what does it cost in writing? Mindbody's AI Concierge and WellnessLiving's CAASI are add-ons with unpublished prices, and Momence does not publish any price. Does the price count per location, per user, per caller or per minute? Mindbody quotes per location, Arketa's Individual plan adds a 3% transaction fee, Goodcall charges per unique caller after 100 on Starter, and Dialzara charges per minute after the included time.

Then ask what the AI is allowed to say. A chatbot that tells a student with a back injury that a class is fine for them is a liability. Arketa's chatbot answers from questions and answers you write and approve, which is the right model: decide the answers first, and let the AI repeat only those. Also ask whether you can export student and membership records if you switch software later.

How to choose an AI tool for your studio

  1. Start with the job that eats your evenings. Repeat questions, missed calls, payment chasing or workshop emails.
  2. Use the AI in your booking software first. It already sees your schedule and memberships; outside tools do not sync with it.
  3. Do the math the vendor's way. Per location, per user, per caller or per minute give very different bills.
  4. Keep sign-off human. Pick tools that ask before they send, and keep health and injury questions with you.
  5. Run a short trial on real enquiries. Count questions answered and bookings made over two weeks before you commit.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best AI tool for yoga studios?

It depends on the job. If you already run Mindbody, Momence, Arketa or WellnessLiving, switch on the AI that comes with it: Momence has an AI Inbox Agent, Arketa an AI chatbot, WellnessLiving CAASI and Mindbody AI Concierge. For the phone, Rosie starts at $49 a month, Goodcall at $79 and Dialzara at $29. For the admin around your classes, our top pick is Dooza Crew (our product): AI employees that draft emails and take calls, $49 a month for the whole organization after a 7-day free trial, and they ask before they send anything.

Does yoga studio software have AI?

Yes, mostly as a front desk assistant. Momence lists an AI Inbox Agent, Arketa an AI chatbot for your website, WellnessLiving an AI front desk called CAASI, and Mindbody an AI Concierge add-on. Several do not publish what the AI costs, so ask for a quote. Arketa says its AI works in chat, not on phone calls.

Can AI answer the phone for a yoga studio?

Yes. Rosie starts at $49 a month, Goodcall at $79 and Dialzara at $29, and Dooza Crew agents also take phone calls, included in the $49 plan. They take messages and answer basic questions; anything about a student's injury or health is for you.

Does Dooza Crew work with Mindbody, Momence, Arketa or WellnessLiving?

No. No yoga or fitness studio software, including Mindbody, Momence, Arketa and WellnessLiving, is certified or integrated with Dooza Crew, so it does not sync with your booking system. It works only in web tools you log in to with a browser, and you type passwords and 2FA codes yourself.

Can AI give students health or injury advice?

It should not. Health and injury advice stays with you, or with the student's doctor. Dooza Crew is not a certified instructor. Before a Dooza Crew agent sends an email or clicks Send, Submit or Pay, it asks you to Approve, Edit or Reject, so nothing about a student's body reaches them without you.

Is there a free AI tool for yoga studios?

Fathom has a free forever plan for notes on video calls. Goodcall lets you test a free demo agent. Trials: Rosie and Dialzara 7 days, Momence and Arketa offer a free trial (length not stated on the pages we read), and Dooza Crew 7 days (card required).

Try Dooza Crew
