Gemini Enterprise alternatives: the short answer

If you run on Microsoft 365, use Microsoft 365 Copilot. For a general work assistant with agents, compare ChatGPT Business and Claude Team. If you are on AWS, try Amazon Quick. For enterprise search across many apps, look at Glean. To build your own agents, try Copilot Studio, Gumloop or Dify. For a team of agents you brief in plain words, try Dooza Crew.

Why people look for a Gemini Enterprise alternative

Google calls Gemini Enterprise "One universal agent for the way you work." It used to be sold as Google Agentspace: the old Agentspace product page now redirects to Gemini Enterprise. Buyers look elsewhere because of:

To be fair, many teams like it. In the same r/googleworkspace thread, a lawyer wrote that "NotebookLM is really good for legal stuff, plus is really easy for non techies." Google also says your data is never used to train its models.

The alternatives, one by one

1. Microsoft 365 Copilot: best if you run on Microsoft

Microsoft 365 Copilot works inside Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Outlook and SharePoint. Microsoft says Copilot Cowork "sends emails, schedules meetings, creates documents, posts in Teams, and manages your calendar. You approve each action before it happens."

  • Price: Microsoft 365 Copilot (add-on) is $30.00 per user a month paid yearly, or $31.50 paid monthly on an annual commitment (Microsoft enterprise pricing). Microsoft 365 Copilot Business starts at $18.00 per user a month paid yearly (Microsoft business pricing), checked October 26, 2026.
  • Watch for: Microsoft says advanced experiences, including Copilot Cowork, are billed based on usage on top of the seat price. See Claude Cowork vs Copilot Cowork.

2. ChatGPT Business: best general work assistant with agents

OpenAI says "ChatGPT Business gives teams a secure workspace with shared company context, plugins, flexible seats, and admin controls for users, usage and billing." Its help center says "Cloud browser gives ChatGPT Work its own browser on a separate computer in the cloud."

3. Claude Team: best for writing, analysis and Cowork tasks

Anthropic's Team plan is "For teams of 2 to 150" and includes Claude Code and Claude Cowork. Its help center says "Claude can open sites, read pages, click, type, and fill forms."

  • Price: Standard seat $20 per seat a month billed yearly, $25 billed monthly; Premium seat $100 per seat a month billed yearly (Claude pricing, checked October 26, 2026).
  • Watch for: Usage limits apply, and Anthropic says multi-step tasks use more of your usage than quick questions. See Claude Cowork alternatives.

4. Amazon Quick: best if you are on AWS

AWS calls Amazon Quick an "Agentic AI-powered Workspace". The Plus plan is "For teams of up to 300 who need collaboration and user management".

  • Price: Free is $0; Plus is $20 per user a month billed yearly ($25 monthly); Max is $100 billed yearly. Professional is $20 and Enterprise $40 per user a month, each plus a $250 infrastructure fee per account a month (Amazon Quick pricing, checked October 26, 2026).
  • Watch for: The $250 monthly infrastructure fee on Professional and Enterprise matters for small teams, and Enterprise agent hours beyond your allowance cost $3 each.

5. Glean: best for enterprise search across many apps

Glean bills itself as "Enterprise AI that Works" with agents, an assistant and search. It says "Glean offers more than 250 connectors".

  • Price: Not public; the site offers "Get a demo" (Glean, checked October 26, 2026).
  • Watch for: No self-serve plan, so it suits large companies more than small teams.

6. Microsoft Copilot Studio: build your own agents on Microsoft

Microsoft says "Copilot Studio is a platform for creating and managing custom agents, workflows, and apps with no code." Its computer use tool "lets your agent interact with and automate tasks on a Windows computer".

  • Price: Credit packs of 25,000 Copilot Credits at $200 per pack a month, or pay as you go with an Azure subscription (Microsoft, checked October 26, 2026).
  • Watch for: Each computer use step costs 5 Copilot Credits, or 15 with a premium model, so long browser tasks add up.

7. Gumloop: no-code agents with a real browser

Gumloop lets business teams "Build, share, optimize & control agents". Its homepage says "Agents open a real browser and click, type, upload, and pull data from any site your team already uses, with or without an API."

  • Price: Pro starts at $37/mo with 20k credits a month, unlimited agents and seats, and a 14-day free trial; Enterprise is custom (Gumloop pricing, checked October 26, 2026).
  • Watch for: It is an agent builder, not an enterprise search tool, and the pricing page lists an 8% "Orchestration Fee" on Pro.

8. Dify: an agent builder you can host yourself

Dify's GitHub page says it helps you "Build Agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, with rich AI model and tool support on one collaborative workspace."

  • Price: Sandbox is free with 200 message credits; Professional is $590 a year per workspace; Team is $1,590 a year. The self-hosted Community edition is free (Dify pricing, checked October 26, 2026).
  • Watch for: You build and maintain the agents yourself, and the Community edition is described as for "non-commercial projects", so read the license.

9. Dooza Crew (our product): a team of agents for a small business

You tell Dooza, your master agent, the job in plain words from the web or your phone; it plans it, builds the helper agents it needs (a researcher, a writer, an outreach agent) and reports back. Each agent has its own computer and browser in a private, isolated workspace; you watch every step live in chat.

  • Price: Free for 7 days (card required), then $49/mo per organization (unlimited users and agents) with AI usage included and a hard spending cap. Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing.
  • Watch for: It is not an enterprise search tool. If you need permission-aware search across 100+ company systems, admin governance for thousands of seats or NotebookLM, Gemini Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot or Glean fit better.

Free Gemini Enterprise alternatives

  • Free plans: Amazon Quick Free ($0 per user) and Dify Sandbox (200 message credits).
  • Self-hosted: Dify's Community edition. Read the license first.
  • Free trials: Gemini Enterprise Business (30 days), Gumloop Pro (14 days) and Dooza Crew (7 days, card required).

How to test a Gemini Enterprise replacement in one afternoon

  1. Pick three real tasks: one search question across your files, one document to draft and one multi-step job.
  2. Connect the same sources in two tools, for example your mail, drive and CRM.
  3. Check permissions. Ask each tool for a file one tester should not see, and confirm it refuses.
  4. Price a real year. Count seats, usage-billed features and any account fees, not just the headline seat price.
