Dooza Crew vs Gemini Spark: the short answer
Gemini Spark is Google's 24/7 personal AI agent: it runs in the cloud, works across Gmail, Docs and your browser, and comes with paid Google AI plans. Pick it if you live in Google's apps and want an agent for your own inbox and errands. Pick Dooza Crew if you want a team of AI employees with a business phone number and a card for purchases you approve, working in one chat with your staff for $49 a month with $20 of AI usage included.
- Gemini Spark: in Google's words, "a 24/7 personal AI agent that helps you navigate your digital life." It launched for Google AI Ultra subscribers and later reached Google AI Pro in many countries.
- Dooza Crew: a master agent that hires a team of AI employees, each with its own computer, a real browser, a phone number and a card for purchases you approve. Free for 7 days, then $49 a month for the crew with $20 of AI usage included.
- The big difference is the phone and the team. Phone calls are not mentioned on Google's Spark pages, and Spark is described as a personal agent. In Dooza Crew your staff and AI employees work in one shared chat.

What Gemini Spark does well
Google introduced Spark at Google I/O on May 19, 2026. It is an agent inside the Gemini app, not a new model: Google says Spark turns Gemini "into an active partner that does real work on your behalf and under your direction."
Before you choose: Spark launched "in Beta to Google AI Ultra subscribers aged 18 and over in the United States", and you open it "by tapping on the Spark tab in your Gemini app menu." Google describes it as a personal agent, so there is no shared team workspace on its pages, and phone calls are not mentioned. Google's Josh Woodward did tell TechCrunch that small businesses use Spark to watch their inbox.
What Dooza Crew does
Dooza Crew is built for the daily work of a small business. You type the job in plain words. Your master agent creates the AI employees the job needs and gives each one its own computer, a real browser, a phone number and a card for purchases you approve.
Then you add your people. Staff and AI employees work in one group chat: anyone can hand out a job, see the work and approve it. Nothing is sent or paid until a person you choose approves it. Your crew sets up WhatsApp, Telegram, a web chat on your site, email and a phone number for you, and it calls leads back, confirms appointments and leaves notes on every call.
- Sales: answer new leads in minutes, call them back, book the meeting, follow up until they reply.
- Customer service: reply on email, WhatsApp, Telegram and the chat on your website, from your own docs.
- Operations: order supplies, chase invoices, update the spreadsheet, check every vendor portal.
- Marketing: write the blog post and the newsletter, post to social, watch what competitors charge.
- Admin: sort the inbox, keep the calendar, turn call notes into tasks for the right person.
