Carrier411 alternative for insurance agents

Carrier411 is built for freight brokers, shippers and factoring companies who vet and monitor the carriers they hire: authority, insurance, safety ratings and fraud reports, from $99 a month. It is not a lead list for insurance agents. If you write commercial trucking and want the companies in your state that renew soon, a weekly renewal list does that job.

When Carrier411 is the better pick

  • You are a broker or shipper and need to vet carriers before you load them: Carrier411 tracks authority, insurance and safety changes on the carriers you use and sends alerts.
  • You need fraud signals: its FreightGuard reports and double-brokering checks are its own data, which a renewal list does not have.
  • You want an API or CSV feed of monitored carriers (paid add-ons).

When the Monday Trucker Feed fits better

  • You are an insurance agent. Carrier411 lists insurance agencies nowhere in its target users; our list is made for agents prospecting trucking accounts.
  • You want who to call this week: each row is a trucking company whose liability filing renews in 30 to 60 days, with the insurer you would be replacing.
  • You want to test before paying: 5 free rows from your state, no card, instead of a trial that bills automatically.

What is in each Monday list

Trucking companies in your state with 3 or more power units whose liability filing (BMC-91X) is estimated to renew in the next 30 to 60 days, with the current insurer and limit named, plus the new trucking authorities from the past week that still need coverage. It comes as a spreadsheet every Monday. FMCSA does not publish policy expiry dates, so the date is the next anniversary of the filing’s effective date: confirm it on the call. Wrong number or dead lead? Reply “SWAP” with the DOT number and a replacement comes the next Monday. See sample rows and how the list works.

FMCSA does not publish policy expiry dates. Insurers file each carrier’s liability policy (BMC-91X) with an effective date, and the list uses the next anniversary of that date. Confirm it on the call.
