Polsia alternatives: the short answer
Our top pick for a small business is Dooza Crew: one flat $49 a month for the whole organization (unlimited users and agents), AI usage included with a hard spending cap, its own computer and browser for every agent, phone calls included, and it asks before it clicks Send or Pay. For a low-cost team of AI employees, try Marblism or Sintra. For workflows across your apps, try Lindy or Zapier Agents. For a general agent with its own computer, try Manus or Genspark. For coding, try Devin.
What Polsia is
Polsia's own meta description reads "Polsia is an autonomous AI system that plans, codes, and markets your company 24/7". Its home page says "Polsia plans your roadmap. Polsia ships your code. Polsia runs your ads. Polsia replies to customers." It runs on Claude Agent SDK, per its own site markup. The pitch: start a company from an idea and let agents run it on daily cycles.
Why people look past Polsia
- No public price: polsia.com has no pricing page (we got an error at /pricing on October 26, 2026). The site says "No credit card required, free to start". Its page markup lists offers from $29 to $59 without plan names.
- Fees on top: Polsia's terms list a platform fee of "currently 20%" on ad spend and "currently 3%" on customer payments, with a 31-day settlement period. Subscription payments are "nonrefundable".
- Actions that run on a schedule: the terms say some functions run "on automated schedules based on prior, general approval, without requiring per-execution approval", including advertising and outbound communication. Some buyers want a step where they approve each action.
- Public by default: "Public dashboards are enabled by default and may be indexed by search engines" (same terms).
- Mixed user feedback: a Hacker News user wrote "I tried the product but I was far from impressed" (March 2026).

The alternatives, one by one
1. Dooza Crew (our product, top pick): a team of agents for a small business
You tell Dooza, your master agent, the job in plain words from the web or your phone; it plans it, builds the helper agents it needs (a researcher, a writer, an outreach agent) and reports back. Each agent has its own computer and browser in a private, isolated workspace. Agents can take phone calls, included. Your staff can join the same chat, and you watch every step live in chat. Before it clicks Send or Pay, it asks you: Approve, Edit or Reject in chat.
Why it is our top pick against Polsia:
- One flat price: $49/mo per organization with unlimited users and agents. Polsia's terms add 20% on ad spend and 3% on customer payments.
- No surprise AI bills: AI usage is included, with a hard spending cap.
- You stay in control: it asks before Send or Pay (Approve, Edit or Reject in chat). Polsia's terms say some functions run "without requiring per-execution approval".
- Real tools: every agent has its own computer and browser in a private, isolated workspace, and agents take phone calls, included.
- Works with your team: your staff join the same chat and watch every step live.
- Risk-free start: 7 days free; cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing.
- Price: Free for 7 days (card required), then $49/mo per organization (unlimited users and agents) with AI usage included and a hard spending cap. Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing.
- Watch for: Polsia is built to start a company from an idea and run it on daily cycles. Crew works on the jobs you give it, so if you want a company spun up from one prompt, Polsia fits that better.
Try Dooza Crew free for 7 days, or read AI agents that ask for approval.
2. Marblism: ready-made AI employees at a low price
Marblism sells a set of named AI employees. Its page says "Run your emails, website, socials, SEO, calls, lead gen and support".
- Price: "Plans start at $24/month on the yearly option" and include 7 AI employees and 50 hours of work; the monthly price in its table is $44 (Marblism pricing, checked October 26, 2026).
- Watch for: The work is capped in hours, so heavy use needs a check of what happens after 50 hours. See Marblism alternatives.
3. Sintra: AI helpers by job title
Sintra gives you a team of AI helpers, one per role. The pricing page lists "All 12 helpers" on every plan.
- Price: $48.50/mo on the 1-month plan (shown as a 50% sale off $97), $23.60/mo on 3 months, $15.60/mo on 12 months, all with 250 monthly credits and a 14-day money-back guarantee (Sintra pricing, checked October 26, 2026).
- Watch for: The listed price depends on a sale and on how long you commit. See Sintra alternatives.
4. Lindy: best for repeat workflows across your apps
Lindy's page says "The teammate that punches above its price". It lists 1,500+ integrations, a Chrome extension and phone calls.
- Price: Free gives $50 in credits for 7 days, no card. Team is $49.99/mo for 5,000 credits, with top-ups at $10 per 1,000 credits (Lindy pricing, checked October 26, 2026).
- Watch for: Usage is credit-based, so bills depend on how much work you give it. See Lindy alternatives.
5. Manus: a general agent with its own computer
Manus runs each task on "a virtual computer with internet access".
- Price: $20/mo for 4,000 credits (Manus pricing). The page loads prices with JavaScript, so we are quoting what we read on October 23, 2026.
- Watch for: It does one-off tasks well, but it is not built to run a business on a schedule. See Manus alternatives.
6. Genspark: research, slides and calls in one place
Genspark's help center describes its Super Agent as an "autonomous AI assistant that thinks, plans, and acts to complete your everyday tasks".
- Price: Plus is $24.99/mo ($19.99 billed yearly) from 10,000 credits; credits "do not roll over" (Genspark plans, read October 22, 2026; its pricing page blocked our check on October 26).
- Watch for: Credits do not roll over (help center, read Oct 22). See Genspark alternatives.
7. Relevance AI: for teams building an AI workforce
Relevance AI calls itself "The home of the AI Workforce".
- Price: Not public. The pricing page we could read lists Enterprise as "Custom" with "Talk to sales", so see the vendor page for plans.
- Watch for: No price on the page means you cannot compare cost before a sales call. See Relevance AI alternatives.
8. Zapier Agents: automations across 9,000+ apps
Zapier's agents page says you can "Create your own AI assistants for any task" and connect them to 9,000+ apps.
- Price: Zapier is free for 100 tasks a month; Professional starts from $19.99/mo and Team from $69/mo (Zapier pricing, checked October 26, 2026). Agent limits by plan: see the vendor page.
- Watch for: It automates steps you define; it does not start a company for you. See Zapier Agents alternatives.
9. Devin: if the part you want is the code
If what drew you to Polsia was "ships your code", Devin is built for software engineering. Its pricing page lists "Access to cloud agents (Devin Cloud)" on the Pro plan.
- Price: Free $0; Pro $20/mo; Max $200/mo; Teams $80/mo plus $40/mo per full dev seat (Devin pricing, checked October 26, 2026).
- Watch for: It is built for coding work.
Free Polsia alternatives
- For workflows: Zapier's free plan (100 tasks a month) or Lindy's $50 in credits for 7 days.
- For code: Devin's $0 plan.
- For a team of agents: Dooza Crew is free for 7 days (card required).
How to test a Polsia replacement in one afternoon
- Run the same 3 tasks in each tool: one piece of content, one research question you already know the answer to, and one "find X on these sites and put it in a sheet" job.
- Read the fee page. Look for fees on ad spend or payments, refund rules and what is public by default.
- Check who approves each action. Can you see and stop an email or a post before it goes out?
- Look for a spending cap. A looping agent on pay-as-you-go is how surprise bills happen.
