Dooza Crew vs ChatGPT Work: the short answer

ChatGPT agent is gone; ChatGPT Work replaced it. Pick ChatGPT Work if you want one strong agent that researches, builds documents and spreadsheets, and uses a browser for you. Pick Dooza Crew if you run a small business and want a team of AI employees that call and text your customers, answer them on WhatsApp and your website, pay for things you approve, and work in one chat with your staff.

  • ChatGPT Work (OpenAI, July 2026): "an agent designed for longer, multi-step work and finished deliverables". Available on plans such as Plus, Pro and Business (some features differ by plan), metered like Codex.
  • Dooza Crew: a master agent that hires a team of AI employees, each with its own computer, a real browser, a phone number and a card for purchases you approve. Free for 7 days, then $49 a month for the crew with $20 of AI usage included.
  • The big difference is who the agent works for. Work does tasks for the person who asked. Dooza Crew works for the business: it faces your customers and sits in one chat with your staff.

What ChatGPT Work does well

OpenAI launched Work in July 2026. In OpenAI's words: "Research a topic, analyze information, or create a document, spreadsheet, presentation, report, or Site." It can also use connected apps, and use a browser. Three things stand out:

Before you buy: the cloud browser is not on the Free or Go plans, availability can vary during rollout, and usage is metered like Codex, so OpenAI does not promise a fixed number of tasks a month.

What Dooza Crew does

Dooza Crew is built for the daily work of a small business. You type the job in plain words. Your master agent creates the AI employees the job needs and gives each one its own computer, a real browser, a phone number and a card for purchases you approve.

Then you add your people. Staff and AI employees work in one group chat: anyone can hand out a job, see the work and approve it. Nothing is sent or paid until a person you choose approves it. Your crew sets up WhatsApp, Telegram, a web chat on your site, email and a phone number for you.

  • Sales: answer new leads in minutes, call them back, book the meeting, follow up until they reply.
  • Customer service: reply on email, WhatsApp, Telegram and the chat on your website, from your own docs.
  • Operations: order supplies, chase invoices, update the spreadsheet, check every vendor portal.
  • Marketing: write the blog post and the newsletter, post to social, watch what competitors charge.
  • Admin: sort the inbox, keep the calendar, turn call notes into tasks for the right person.
