What Meta Muse does well
Muse is Meta's agent, launched September 8, 2026. Meta says it "actually does the work" rather than only answering questions. Note the naming: Muse is the agent, while Muse Spark and Muse Wonder are Meta's AI models.
- Its own computer. "Muse has its own computer, with a file system and a terminal", and it also has "access to a full web browser." Meta adds that "Muse runs on Muse Secure VM, a dedicated secure computer with its own browser."
- Approvals built in. "Muse checks with the person before sensitive actions like sending an email or making a purchase."
- A free starting point. Meta says it is "free for most of what people need, with subscription plans" for people who want to do more.
- Muse for Small Business. "Give Muse a goal" and connect Asana, Box, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, Granola, HighLevel, Intuit QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Lovable, Notion, Shopify, Slack, Stripe, Zoom and Facebook and Instagram business accounts, or add custom connectors. Meta says "nothing publishes, sends, or spends without your approval."
Before you choose: Muse is "rolling out in the US on iOS, Android, and muse.ai", and the small business post says it is "available in the US and Canada." Phone calls are not mentioned on Meta's pages, and there are no team or admin features on Meta's pages: it is one agent working for one person.
What Dooza Crew does
Dooza Crew is built for the daily work of a small business. You type the job in plain words. Your master agent creates the AI employees the job needs and gives each one its own computer, a real browser, a phone number and a card for purchases you approve.
Then you add your people. Staff and AI employees work in one group chat: anyone can hand out a job, see the work and approve it. Nothing is sent or paid until a person you choose approves it. Your crew sets up WhatsApp, Telegram, a web chat on your site, email and a phone number for you, and it calls leads back, confirms appointments and leaves notes on every call.
- Sales: answer new leads in minutes, call them back, book the meeting, follow up until they reply.
- Customer service: reply on email, WhatsApp, Telegram and the chat on your website, from your own docs.
- Operations: order supplies, chase invoices, update the spreadsheet, check every vendor portal.
- Marketing: write the blog post and the newsletter, post to social, watch what competitors charge.
- Admin: sort the inbox, keep the calendar, turn call notes into tasks for the right person.
