Checked October 30, 2026. Prices were read on each vendor's own pricing page, except where we say otherwise. Langdock prices are in euros and exclude VAT. Prices change: re-check before you buy. Dooza Crew is our product and our top pick for small businesses; we say why, and where the others fit better.

Langdock alternatives: the short answer

Our top pick for a small business is Dooza Crew: $5 to start, its own computer and browser for every agent, phone calls included, and it asks before it clicks Send or Pay. For Claude for the whole team, try Claude Team. For a Microsoft 365 company, try Copilot Business. For company-wide search across your apps, try Glean. For agents over company data with a free tier, try Dust. For no-code agent workflows, try Gumloop. To self-host, try Open WebUI or Dify.

What Langdock is

Langdock calls itself "The Platform for AI Adoption": one model-agnostic chat for everyone in the company, custom agents "for recurring tasks", workflows, integrations, an API, a desktop app and Excel and Outlook add-ins. Its pricing page says it is "Trusted by over 13,000 companies globally", lists "ISO 27001 & SOC 2 Type II", and offers "Managed, own cloud or on-prem" deployment with "GDPR-compliant EU-Deployment".

Price: Business is "€ 25.00 Standard seat Per user / month (excl. VAT)", or €99.00 for a Business Max seat with "5x more usage". Enterprise is custom for 1,000+ users. The trial is 7 days, no credit card, with €5 in AI model credits.

Why people look past Langdock

  • Per-seat pricing: €25 a seat a month adds up when only a few people use AI heavily, and heavy users may need the €99 Business Max seat.
  • Add-ons cost extra: the Workflows Business package is €449 a month for 40k runs, AI model usage in workflows is "billed per API pricing", and unused runs "do not roll over". Governance is free only "until January 1, 2027", then €3.50 per user a month.
  • A chat, not a worker: Langdock is built to give staff a safe AI chat and agents. If you want agents that log into sites, fill forms and take calls for you, you need a different kind of tool.
  • Euro billing: prices are in euros and exclude VAT, which matters for US buyers comparing dollar plans.

The alternatives, one by one

1. Dooza Crew (our product, top pick): agents that do the work

You tell Dooza, your master agent, the job in plain words from the web or your phone; it plans it, builds the helper agents it needs (a researcher, a writer, an outreach agent) and reports back. Each agent has its own computer and browser in a private, isolated workspace. Agents can take phone calls, included. Your staff can join the same chat, and you watch every step live in chat. Before it clicks Send or Pay, it asks you: Approve, Edit or Reject in chat.

Why it is our top pick against Langdock for a small business:

  • Start for $5. Langdock is €25 per seat a month, and workflow packages start at €449 a month.
  • It does the job, not only the chat: every agent has its own computer and browser, and agents take phone calls, included.
  • You stay in control: it asks before Send or Pay (Approve, Edit or Reject in chat).
  • Works with your team: your staff join the same chat and watch every step live.
  • Price: Start for $5.
  • Watch for: Langdock is built for rolling out AI chat to hundreds or thousands of staff with SSO, SCIM and EU or on-prem hosting. If that is your need, Langdock or an enterprise suite fits it better.

Start Dooza Crew for $5, or read AI agents that ask for approval.

2. Claude Team: Claude for the whole team

If most of your Langdock use is Claude, Claude Team gives you it directly. The Team standard seat has "All Claude features, plus more usage than Pro".

  • Price: $20 per seat a month billed annually, $25 billed monthly (Claude pricing, checked October 30, 2026).
  • Watch for: one model family only; Langdock lets staff switch between GPT, Claude, Gemini and others. See Claude Cowork alternatives.

3. Microsoft 365 Copilot: if you live in Microsoft 365

Copilot works inside Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams, which is where many Langdock users already work through add-ins.

4. Glean: search and agents across company apps

Glean is built for finding answers across a company's tools; its site says it offers "more than 250 connectors".

  • Price: Not public. The site asks you to "Get a demo" (read October 26, 2026).
  • Watch for: no price on the page means you cannot compare cost before a sales call. See Gemini Enterprise alternatives for more enterprise suites.

5. Gumloop: no-code agent workflows

If you went to Langdock for its Workflows add-on, Gumloop is built around no-code automations with AI steps.

6. Dify: self-host an agent builder

For teams that want to run their own platform, Dify can be self-hosted, and it has a cloud version.

  • Price: Professional "$590 per workspace / year" with 5,000 message credits a month; Team $1,590 a year (checked October 30, 2026).
  • Watch for: self-hosting means your team runs and updates it.

7. Dust: agents over your company's data

Dust is a close match for Langdock's agents: assistants that read your company's docs and tools, with a free tier to start.

  • Price: Free with 500 lifetime credits; Pro €24 per seat a month billed yearly or €30 monthly, with 8,000 credits per seat a month; Max €120 yearly or €150 monthly (Dust pricing, checked October 30, 2026).
  • Watch for: usage is credit-based, unused credits do not roll over, and the Business plans are for teams up to 100 people.

8. Open WebUI: run your own model-agnostic chat

If you liked Langdock for one chat with many models but want it on your own servers, Open WebUI says it is "the platform for running AI on your own terms". It supports on-prem and air-gapped setups, with SSO, roles and audit logs on its enterprise side.

  • Price: the open-source version has no per-seat fee; enterprise pricing is not public ("Talk to our team").
  • Watch for: your team runs, secures and updates it, and pays the model bills directly.

How to test a Langdock replacement in one afternoon

  1. Count real users. Per-seat tools cost the same for light and heavy users. List who uses AI daily before you compare prices.
  2. Run the same 3 tasks in each tool: one document draft, one research question you already know the answer to, and one "find X on these sites and put it in a sheet" job.
  3. Check data rules. If you need EU hosting, ask each vendor where data is stored and processed.
  4. Check who approves each action. Can you see and stop an email or a payment before it goes out?
