What Claude Cowork does well

Claude is Anthropic's AI assistant, and Cowork is its agent mode. The pricing page now says "Claude Cowork is now just Claude."

Before you choose: Cowork is "available to paid Claude plans (Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise) only." For local files, browser use and computer use, Anthropic says you need "The Claude Desktop app for macOS or Windows, open and connected." Anthropic is also candid that its prompt injection safeguards "cannot eliminate" the risk. Phone calls are not mentioned on its pages.

What Dooza Crew does

Dooza Crew is built for the daily work of a small business. You type the job in plain words. Your master agent creates the AI employees the job needs and gives each one its own computer, a real browser, a phone number and a card for purchases you approve.

Then you add your people. Staff and AI employees work in one group chat: anyone can hand out a job, see the work and approve it. Nothing is sent or paid until a person you choose approves it. Your crew sets up WhatsApp, Telegram, a web chat on your site, email and a phone number for you, and it calls leads back, confirms appointments and leaves notes on every call.

  • Sales: answer new leads in minutes, call them back, book the meeting, follow up until they reply.
  • Customer service: reply on email, WhatsApp, Telegram and the chat on your website, from your own docs.
  • Operations: order supplies, chase invoices, update the spreadsheet, check every vendor portal.
  • Marketing: write the blog post and the newsletter, post to social, watch what competitors charge.
  • Admin: sort the inbox, keep the calendar, turn call notes into tasks for the right person.
